Online banking payment buttons

Pay directly from your bank account safely, easily and quickly. The payment is made immediately, it's free and you don't need to register as a user. Log in using your online banking credentials. You can pay with the payment buttons of all Finnish online banks. The payment service related to online bank payments is implemented by the Finnish company Paytrail Oyj in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj buys the payment and accounts it to us. From the customer's point of view, the service works just like traditional online payment. Paytrail Oyj is Finland's largest online payment intermediary and a 100% reliable partner.

Payment card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club)

Pay with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club. After the order is confirmed, you will be directed to a payment broker where you can make the payment. Paytrail Oyj helps you pay your order securely. Only Paytrail Oyj processes your card information. The payment will be reserved from your payment card. Your order is transferred to Tillander for processing as soon as we have received payment for the ordered products. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment, which also handles complaints regarding payment transactions. This is normal practice in card payments, and it has no practical meaning for the customer. So you can worry-free buy from our online store in exactly the same way as from brick-and-mortar stores.

Klarna invoice and Installment payment

When paying by invoice or installment payment, you must hand over your social security number. The credit provider, i.e. Klarna, checks the credit and address information and grants or denies credit based on them. Orders made with Klarna's payment methods are delivered only to the address entered in the borrower's population register. A reminder fee is charged for payment reminders, starting at 5 euros, as well as interest on late payment in accordance with the current Interest Act (reference rate plus 7% additional interest).

Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ.) (head office address Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden) we offer the following payment methods, where the payment is made directly to Klarna:

• Invoice: the payment period is 14 days from the delivery of the products. The Klarna invoice terms and conditions are available here .
• Flexible payment in installments: you can pay your purchases flexibly in monthly installments, the size of which is at least 1/24 of the debt amount (however, always at least EUR 5.00 including interest on the remaining debt).
• Fixed installment payment: you can choose from different monthly installment options at checkout. The installments decrease monthly as the outstanding credit amount decreases.
• Promotional invoice: if an extended payment period of 1-3 months has been offered in connection with the purchase in exchange for an initial fee (e.g. "Buy now, pay in February"), you can pay for the purchases according to the terms of the promotional invoice.
