Delivery and tracking

Our package is delivered by Posti. The delivery time for products found in stock is usually around 1-2 business days. We make diamond rings for you in the right size, so the order time is 1-3 weeks. We deliver orders only to Finland.

Package tracking

With the shipping ID, you can track the progress of your package at the address www.posti.fi . You will receive a shipping ID at the email address you provided. You can view all your orders on your My page under Orders. Please note that the shipment ID is only activated when the shipment is registered in the sorting center.

Delivery method and delivery costs

Delivery costs are €0.00 for orders over €80 and €8.00 for orders under €80. With the shipping ID, you can follow the progress of your package to the delivery point closest to you. You will receive a notification of the package's arrival by e-mail and text message. You can choose the pick-up location of the package when ordering.

Packages are stored:

• 14 days at Posti's usual collection points
• 7 days in Smart parcel machines

pickup from the shop

You can also choose pickup from the store as the delivery method. Pick-up is possible from Pohjoisesplanadi 37, 00100 Helsinki. You will receive a message in your email when the order is available for pickup.
