1. GENERAL TERMS
Tillander.fi is a marketplace maintained and owned by Konttinen-Kultavirta Oy (business ID 0210559-4). These terms and conditions apply in the business relationship between Konttinen-Kultavirta Oy and its customers, which is created through the Tillander.fi online store.
Konttinen-Kultavirta Oy has the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Orders are subject to the contract terms valid at the time of order, which can be read on the Tillander.fi website. Our online store strictly complies with all Finnish laws. If changes are made to Finnish law, they will come into effect immediately.
Tillander.fi / Konttinen-Kultavirta Oy is not responsible for damage caused by force majeure. A force majeure is considered to be an unforeseen circumstance or a change in circumstances that is beyond Konttinen-Kultavirta Oy's influence. We are obliged to notify the customer of a force majeure without delay.
2. CUSTOMER AND DATA PROTECTION
Konttinen-Kultavirta Oy sells products through the Tillander.fi online store to private individuals of legal age and, with the consent of the guardian, also to people under 18 years of age, as well as to business customers.
In consumer trade, the applicable Finnish and European Union legislation in force at the time of the contract is always followed in terms of consumer trade, marketing and advertising. In business customer transactions, these terms and conditions and the Finnish Commercial Code in other respects are primarily followed.
The customer is obliged to hand over his complete contact information when placing the order. The contact information required from the consumer customer is name, address, phone number and email address. In addition to the above-mentioned information, business customers are also required to have a social security number.
The information of customers who have placed an order is automatically saved in the Tillander.fi customer register, where the information is used to maintain the customer relationship. Konttinen-Kultavirta Oy also has the right to process the information in the register for justified purposes (such as direct marketing) in accordance with the Personal Data Act (523/99), if the customer has allowed this. After purchase, the customer can be sent a product review invitation when an e-mail address has been added to the order. Answering the review invitation is voluntary. The invitation only includes products already purchased by the customer. In connection with the review, the customer's contact information is not shown publicly. Tillander.fi uses the information collected through reviews to develop the customer experience, product selection and services.
The Tillander.fi website uses cookies, which can be used to further develop the website to be more user-friendly than before. On the Tillander.fi website, the purpose of cookies is to facilitate, improve and speed up the transaction experience. Cookies can also be used to offer better offers and more personalized product recommendations to the customer. A cookie is a small text file that Tillander.fi's web server saves on the user's hard drive. Some of the content of the Tillander.fi website may require the acceptance of cookies in order to function. The user's web browser probably accepts cookies with ready-made default settings, but the user can also prevent the use of cookies from the browser settings or by deleting cookies from the browser after using the service. 3. ONLINE STORE PRODUCTS AND PRICES
All prices in our online store include VAT.
If there are clear price errors in the online store's price list, the product will not be sold at a clearly lower price, it can already be assumed that the customer has understood the existence of the error. We are obliged to notify the customer who ordered the product immediately if the product has been priced incorrectly.
If there is a stock balance error in the online store (this only applies to products that we do not manufacture ourselves), and the product cannot be found in our warehouse, we will contact the customer immediately. We primarily try to get the product into our warehouse as quickly as possible so that we can deliver the product to the customer, but in this case the product delivery time will be longer. The customer has the right to cancel the transaction due to an error in the inventory balance.
The Tillander.fi online store does not sell its products for resale and reserves the right to limit the sale of products in exceptionally large batches.
Konttinen-Kultavirta Oy sells products according to the age limits set by law. By ordering the product and accepting the delivery terms, the customer assures that he has the right to order the product in question.
The right of return is not granted for products that have been manufactured or modified according to the customer's wishes. There is no return right for the engraved product. If there is a manufacturing defect in the product manufactured or modified according to the customer's wishes, the right of return is granted.
4. DELIVERY
We ship the products in stock on the same or at the latest the next business day after the order arrives. The delivery time for the jewelry we make is 1 to 3 weeks. After the order, we inform the customer of the estimated completion time of the jewelry. You can also inquire about the delivery time before placing an order from our customer service.
We use Posti and Matkahuolto to send orders from our online store. The customer can choose the delivery method they want at the online store checkout.
Delivery to the post office or parcel machine
Free delivery method for orders over €50. The delivery fee for orders under €50 is €8. The package will be delivered to the Posti pick-up point or parcel machine of your choice. You can choose the pick-up location you want at the checkout of the online store. When the package leaves us, you will receive Posti's tracking code in your email, which you can use to track the progress of the package. When the shipment arrives for pickup, you will receive an arrival notification on your phone via text message. Delivery time 1 – 2 business days. Please pick up your order quickly, because Posti only keeps the package for 7 days, after which it is returned to us.
Mail home delivery
Free delivery method for orders over €150. The delivery fee for orders under €150 is €15. As a rule, Posti's Home Package arrives on the next business day. We will contact the post office and they will agree with you the delivery time of the package. Delivery times vary by region at between 9 and 21. When the package leaves us, you will receive Posti's tracking code in your email, which you can use to track the progress of the package.
pickup from the shop
You can also pick up your order from our store. Our store is located in Helsinki at Pohjoisesplanadi 37. The products in stock can be picked up from the store as a rule in 1-2 business days, some of the products can be picked up on the same day. The jewelry we make to order can be picked up in 1 to 4 weeks. After ordering, we will contact you by email and let you know when your order can be picked up from the store.
If you do not like any of the delivery methods in our online store, but you would still like to place an order, please contact our customer service at kaspalvelu@tillander.fi . We can agree, for example, on the use of a specific courier service.
5. PAYMENT
In the Tillander.fi online store, you can pay with the payment buttons of all Finnish banks (Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Ålandsbanken, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Aktia, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP). For credit and debit cards, we accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and American Express. You can also pay with MobilePay. We also offer Klarna invoice and installment services. You can also pay for your online store order when you pick it up in the store.
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as our payment intermediary for online bank and card payments. Paytrail takes care of the security of payments. Paytrail is a Finnish payment institution and its payment services are used in more than 10,000 online shops and online services. The most important principle of Paytrail's operation is security. All data transfer and money transactions are SSL protected, which means that no one outside can see your data.
Klarna AB (SE556737-0431) is responsible for Klarna's invoicing and partial payment services. The creditor checks your credit and address information, and can refuse the loan based on them. The order will only be delivered to the address entered in the Population Register of the borrower, and we will only sell by invoice to customers permanently residing in Finland. Online banking payment buttons
In the Tillander.fi online store, you can pay with the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. The payment service related to online banking is implemented by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj is Finland's largest online payment intermediary company. Paytrail Oyj buys the payment and accounts it to Konttinen-Kultavirta Oy. Your bank statement shows Paytrail Oyj as the payee.
Credit and debit card payments
In the Tillander.fi online store, you can pay with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and American Express cards. The payment service related to card payments is implemented by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7). Your account statement shows Paytrail Oyj as the payee, which also handles complaints about payment transactions.
MobilePay

Invoice and Installment (Collector Bank)
We offer the possibility to pay by invoice or in installments in cooperation with Collector Bank AB. When you choose this payment method, you will receive the products before paying. You can pay the entire amount at once or divide the payment into smaller installments.
You can pay the entire amount of the invoice at once or, if you are granted the option to pay by credit, divide the payment into smaller parts by paying at least the minimum amount mentioned in the invoice by the due date. Paying the invoice in installments requires that after receiving the invoice, you sign a credit agreement with Collector Bank by logging into Omi Pages at oma.collector.fi.
When you choose to pay by invoice or credit card, you can only place an order to your permanent address in the population register. You must be at least 18 years old at the time of ordering and Collector Bank will check your credit information when ordering.
An invoicing fee of €2.95 is added to the invoice. The interest for the installment is 1% per month and an account management fee of €2.95 per month is added to the invoice. You can pay off the entire balance of the invoice on the due date or, if you wish, you can choose installments of 1-36 months. If you wish, you can also pay in larger installments. Late payments will be charged with statutory reminder fees and collection costs, as well as interest for the delayed period.

If you have already paid your bill but want to cancel the transaction within the cancellation period, you have the right to receive a refund from Collector. In order for the Collector to return the payment, the Collector needs your contact and account information, which are not saved in connection with the payment. Invoice and Installment payment (Klarna)
When paying by invoice or installment payment, you must hand over your social security number. The credit provider, i.e. Klarna, checks the credit and address information and grants or denies credit based on them. Orders made with Klarna's payment methods are delivered only to the address entered in the borrower's population register. A reminder fee is charged for payment reminders, starting at 5 euros, as well as interest on late payment in accordance with the current Interest Act (reference rate plus 7% additional interest).

Together with Klarna Bank AB (public) (head office address Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden) we offer the following payment methods, where the payment is made directly to Klarna:
Invoice: the payment period is 14 days from the delivery of the products. The terms and conditions of the Klarna invoice are available here. Flexible installment payment: you can pay your purchases flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the debt amount (however, always at least EUR 5.00 including interest for the remaining debt). Fixed installment payment: you can choose from different monthly installment options at checkout . The installments decrease monthly as the outstanding amount of credit decreases. Promotional invoice: if an extended payment period of 1-3 months has been offered in connection with the purchase in exchange for an initial fee (e.g. "Buy now, pay in February"), you can pay for the purchases according to the terms of the promotional invoice. 6. RETURN
The Tillander online store offers its customers a 30-day right of return. You can return the products either with the post office's free customer return or directly to our store at Pohjoisesplanadi 37.
The online store is responsible for the return costs when the return has been made in accordance with its instructions via Posti's customer return service.
The product must be returnable in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The customer has the right to familiarize himself with the contents of the package and fit the product carefully. However, when returning the product, it must be in completely new condition and without scratches. Product packaging should be opened with general caution.

Along with the product you ordered from the online store, you will receive our return code, which you can use to return the package free of charge through Posti's service point. We ask you to contact our customer service at kaspalvelu@tillander.fi before making a return.
Packaging of the returned product is the responsibility of the sender. The product to be returned must be packed carefully so that it is not damaged during transport. You should also carefully and neatly pack the product itself (e.g. jewelry chain). If the product is packed improperly, we are not responsible for damage to the return. If the customer has neglected to pack the product carefully, the resulting costs will be charged to the customer.
7. WARRANTY, SUPPORT AND DEFECT LIABILITY
Tillander jewelry
Tillander rings have a lifetime guarantee. The lifetime warranty does not apply to damage caused by an accident or other use that deviates from normal use. The warranty does not apply to rings that have been resized afterwards. Tillander diamond jewelry lasts almost forever in normal use. Our own goldsmiths handle any warranty issues. 8. CLAIMS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We prefer to process complaints in writing. You can send a free-form complaint to the address kaskapalvelu@tillander.fi . Please include your order number. We do not need a proof of purchase or a receipt for an online store order, as they can be found in our system with the order number.
We try to replace products that are broken during delivery with a new one immediately. Despite careful packaging, it is possible that the package will be damaged on the way from us to the customer. When picking up the shipment, please check that the package has not been damaged. If the package is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We primarily aim to resolve all disputes with the customer. If the disagreement regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the magistrates' consumer advisory service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
